Additional fees

• Round-trip public transportation expenses required to perform the service.
• Remittance and deposit fees as well as monthly account management fee when initiating a withdrawal of the net sales. (Only when the withdrawal amount does not meet the minimum threshold set forth by Enably Inc. For details, please refer to Article 13 Item 2 of the Terms for Caregivers)

• The service will be provided at the time of its reservation.

Payment period

• Credit card payments are processed upon a customer’s approval of the work shift that a caregiver submits through the App.

Exchanges & Return Policy

＜Prior to the service delivery＞

• 24 hours prior to the care service start time: A service order can be canceled by tapping the Cancel button on the App.
• No later than 12 hours prior to the care service start time: A service can be canceled by tapping the Cancel button on the App. However, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the care service fee stated in the user contract, unless otherwise agreed between a caregiver and a user.
• Past 12 hours prior to the care service start time: A service can be canceled by tapping the Cancel button on the App. However, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the care service fee stated in the user contract, unless otherwise agreed between a caregiver and a user.

＜After the service is provided＞

• Cancelation for customers’ convenience is not accepted unless parties involved agree or the problem is attributed to either party involved. For details, please refer to Article 9 Item 8 of the Terms for Users or Article 11 Item 4 of the Terms for Caregivers.
